This is a match up that's been going on for generations. What started as a close game got away from the Blues courtesy of the Western running game and the dual threat of Keon Edwards and Edouard Wanadi. In the end, Western prevailed 56-21 in a game that pitted the almost unstoppable Western offence against Toronto's stingy defence. As usual, Varsity Stadium was a brilliant backdrop for a Friday night game in downtown Toronto as Western alumni and Toronto students filled the bleachers to take in the game.
